Breathless Echoes of Your Soul

Feel the gentle whispers of a waking dawn

yawning in the bristle of sun shadow down

stretching and poised as chattels on the mantle

can you feel the brightness, anticipation

caressing your emotions, rising, inspired

fingertips extended, a touch in wanting

peaks and chasms unfolding splendor and light

behold, your wonderment pinnacles, glory

See the journey of single waterdrop’s fall

draped upon ledges as tinsel trailing

smell the freshness, clinging moistness declaring

a sensual likeness, bountiful cleansing

rugged gentleness sights of pleasuring

bathe in its sanctity, honor its story

as mythical lore, drifting clouds of heavens

revealing, they sanctify goodness, healing

Sense the rush of an oncoming storm

darkening mass of listless rolling

clouds on the edge of tempered showing

as winds of haunting shadow, land and sea

a brooding turmoil, predatory

as a tempest, unrelenting releases

its fury raking darkened waters

a catharsis, redemption waiting

    1. Hello, my friend! Just the kind of input I love to see. I am surprised that I have not ventured to use the multi-visual approach before! As I browsed through the many exceptional images on I had the theme in mind and I saw parallels between the visuals which I felt would add a new dimension to the reader experience. I so glad I took on the idea! Warmest regards as always, Scott.

  1. The bigger the storm, the greater the cleansing.
I am feeling an energy without common measure.
I’ve no earthly idea how to gauge, but I’m sensing
a tempest, one for the ages; though I’m not sure.
